Brands & Pieces (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the peer-to-peer marketplace at brandsandpieces.com, where users can buy and sell pre-owned and vintage fashion items. We are registered in Sweden and our primary markets are Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Brands & Pieces is a marketplace platform. Transactions are directly between buyers and sellers. We facilitate payment processing through Stripe but are not a party to the transaction itself.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Brands & Pieces deducts a platform fee from the seller payout when a transaction is completed. The current fee is displayed at the time of listing.
Seller payouts are transferred after the buyer confirms delivery or after the automatic delivery confirmation period has elapsed, whichever comes first.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the seller. Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
A buyer may cancel an order and receive a full refund while the order is still in “paid” status (i.e. before the seller ships the item). Once an item is marked as shipped, cancellation is not available through the platform.
If a seller does not ship within the required timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and the buyer refunded in full.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice.
Brands & Pieces is a marketplace intermediary. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the condition of items received, or disputes between buyers and sellers beyond our stated refund policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in fees to Brands & Pieces in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on this platform — including logos, design, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Brands & Pieces. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By uploading photos or other content to the platform, you grant Brands & Pieces a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or through the platform before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
